Moss Builders is a family-owned and run construction company based in the Mornington Peninsula specialising in carefully considered architectural homes, renovations, and additions with a key focus on building trust and long-lasting relationships with our clients to ensure each project exceeds expectations.

Small but personable, Moss Builders’ aim is to create a space that offers people choices and allows them to build homes they really want, focusing on the smallest details to create a better home environment.

Director Sam Bazy established Moss Builders after 15 years in the construction industry. His early experience was gained working alongside his family—experienced architects and builders—creating architectural builds and developments.

We are passionate about the sustainable movement. Utilising sustainable materials and passive house methods, we deliver environmentally friendly homes so that your burden on the environment is lower before you even move in.

From there, Sam continued to work alongside major construction and construction management companies, holding positions ranging from carpenter to contracts administrator, to site and project manager. More recently, having taken an interest in energy-efficient homes, he completed a Certified Passive House Tradesperson Course and is proud to be an accredited HIA Green Smart Professional.
